"Pretty good overall, reminds me of shopping with family"
I ordered a few things from shopmyexchange.com, and overall I was happy with what I got. The shoes felt sturdy and looked just like the pictures, which was a relief because I’m always a little picky about ordering shoes online. One of the shirts was thinner than I expected, but for the price, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. My dad used to shop through the Exchange a lot, so using the site kind of felt familiar in a nice way. Shipping was decent too, nothing amazing, but no real issues. Not perfect, but I’d definitely order from them again.

"Shipping Was Okay!!!"
I ordered a few things from shopmyexchange.com and the shipping was just kind of average!!! Everything did show up, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would!!! The tracking updates were slow too, which was a little annoying!!! It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just not super fast!!! I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a hurry!!!

I do appreciate the tax-free shopping, it definitely helps a bit 🙂 But the prices still felt kind of high overall, so I wasn’t super impressed.

"Usually the first place I check"
I’ve used Exchange a handful of times now, and for the stuff I was looking at, the prices were usually better than other places. Not always sure if it was a sale or just their regular price, but a couple of the deals were good, especially with the no tax thing. Shipping has been fine for me so far too. I usually check there first now before buying online.

I found what I was looking for quickly, and checking out was simple. I also got the confirmation email and receipt right away, which was nice.

"order came exactly right"
i ordered a few things from shopmyexchange.com, and it was just easy. everything showed up the way i picked it, with the right sizes, colors, and quantities, which was a relief because i’ve had other orders get messed up before.
nothing was missing or randomly swapped, and the packing slip matched what i ordered. simple overall, but that’s kind of the point. i’d order from them again.

"Support was okay, but not the smoothest"
I had to reach out to customer service about an issue with my order. They did get back to me and eventually fixed the problem, but it took a while and I had to explain the situation twice. A friend had recommended them to me, so I was hoping the process would be a little easier. Overall, it worked out in the end, just wasn’t the smoothest experience

Shopmyexchange was fine overall, but the return process felt slower than I expected. I sent my item back and had to wait a while before the refund finally showed up. Customer service did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Not a terrible experience, but I do wish returns were a little smoother 😕

"Good store, but someone needs to stay on top of inventory"
I like this store overall, but it feels like whoever handles ordering isn’t keeping up. I’ve stopped in a few times for basic stuff and it’s been out of stock, which gets frustrating. Nice place, but the low inventory makes shopping here hit or miss.

"Delivery has been really reliable for me"
I’ve ordered from Exchange a few times now, delivery has been smooth every time. My packages have shown up when they said they would, and a couple even arrived a day early. The tracking is simple enough to follow, too. If you’re thinking about ordering, I’d just say keep an eye on the tracking updates, but in my experience, everything has gotten here without any hassle

I cannot find out if i qualify. when i enter my date of birth it will not let me enter the correct date, i type in 18 and it comes up 12.

I'm just worried about giving all my info to this site.. has anybody had any trouble with that?
